Food and drink are, after all, among the most important feel-good factors for a pleasant holiday stay in one of the most interesting and diverse coastal sceneries in Germany.
That's why one thing dear to the hearts of our restaurant chefs is to put before you, our guests, above all the produce of the region in old and new recipes, fresh and in a pleasant atmosphere.
Nature has laid a rich table here. It provides an excellent range of fish from the Bodden and the Baltic Sea for you. On the salt meadows of the Darss, cattle are raised adhering to strictest regulations of ecological farming.
Vegetables and potatoes are traditionally grown on the mainland side. Natural herbs, products made from sea buckthorn and honey, goat cheese and other dairy products complement the offer.
Fresh venison is available from the Darss woods and the southern Bodden coast, and local beer and spirits round off the picture.
