Anyone who wants to be active is in the right place here. First in line is experiencing the scenery on bike, on in-line skates or on foot.
The beautiful thing about this is that you can do it all year round. Of course you can also have a very good time off the beaten track.Golfing and playing tennis at well-groomed facilities is always a pleasure with our sunny weather. The wide stretches of water allow for all activities that have something to do with the wet element: Fishing, surfing, kite surfing, sailing, swimming, rowing and canoeing. In winter there is also ice sailing and ice fishing, weather permitting.
The region offers many different sceneries in a relatively small space, dotted with smaller and bigger villages and towns. All interesting sights are very easy to get to through a superbly developed network of roads and paths. The proverbial wealth of fish in the water will certainly make sure that you too will catch a "big one".
